Le Golosita, an Italian trattorria, owned and operated by the creators of Zeffirino Italian Ristoriante and Tintoretto Bakery at The Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino offers an authentic Italian dining experience, equipped with a bakery that provides sandwiches and salads made fresh daily, wedding cakes baked to order, Italian specialty meats, homemade pastries, bread baked on property and wines and liquor.  Located in Henderson, Le Golosita is the first of several restaurants under parent company International Restaurant Group, LLC (IRG).

The restaurant offers a wide selection of mouthwatering pizza favorites such as Margherita, Sicilian-Style, Al Gorgonzola Bianca o Rossa.  Napoletana and more, available for dine-in, take-out or delivery.  More than 30 made-from-scratch cookies and pastries are prepared fresh daily.  Le Golosita's gelateria offers 22 flavors of gelato including classics such as Italian cream, chocolate and strawberry as well as unique flavors like blackberry, fig, pear parmigiano, rice and saffron, panna cotta and more.

The décor reflects a modern Italina motif with sepia-toned walls and a sky-painted ceiling, accented by marble floors.  Patio dinig is available, with wrought iron surrounding the spacious area.  The second floor offers a private dining room overlooking the bakery, seating up to 36 guests for a private party.

Dave Williamson, co-owner of Le Golosita, along with partners Virgilio Berto, Jerry Mannino, Vincent Scotto and Francesco Schintu created International Restaurant Group in 2007 with a local Las Vegas focus.  IRG operates under the umbrella of Five Star Restaurants, LLC.  The group has plans to expand IRG with new restaurants in Summerlin and throughout Las Vegas.

In addition to spearheading IRG, Williamson and partners Virgilio Berto, Jerry Mannino and Vincent Scotto also operate Five Star Restaurants.  Created in 1998, Five Star Restaurants currently manages Zeffirino Itailian Ristorante, Tintoretto Bakery and Pizzeria da Enzo all located in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino.  The partners of Five Star Restaurants all originated from the East Coast.  Williamson is the co-owner and president of Five Star Restaurants.  His background and knowledge of hotel operations has made him an integral part of Five Star's success.  Virgilio Berto is co-owner and operations officer of Zeffirino, Tintoretto, and Pizzeria da Enzo.  Jerry Mannino is co-owner and operations officer at Zeffirino.  Vincent Scotto is the general manager of all operations and brings many years of restaurant and catering experience to Las Vegas.
